My body is my site of practice. I make unique materials such as pigment created from my own skin, carbon granules from my own burnt hair and nails to create a microphone and using salt from my sweat and tears to manipulate conventional art materials. Through connecting the shared experience of inhabiting our human bodies to topics such as virology, climate change and interpretation of medical data I hope to encourage global compassion and understanding coupled with an appreciation for the complexity of individual experience. What can the biological traces we leave behind say about who we are?
